This is a deep clean, we call it our basic clean, 
the list is not exhaustive but will include the following:-

- Vacuum thoroughly throughout
- Dust/polish throughout
- Sweep/mop floors where appropriate
- Clean bath/shower cubicles
- Clean all sanitary ware
- De scale where possible
- Clean mirrors
- Clean kitchen sink
- Wash down all worktops
- Wash down kitchen cupboards (outsides only unless empty)
- Wash over windowsills and ledges
- Clean light switches/power points
- Wash over doorframes and skirting 
- All surfaces are dried to remove wipe marks and all chrome
  is finished using micro fibre cloths to improve the shine.
- All surfaces are cleaned using a citrus based cleaner
  that leaves the surfaces grease free and clean. It also
  leaves the property with a pleasant orange aroma.
