Once the property is vacated, we will conduct a thorough clean of the whole property to a high standard, ensuring no areas are forgotten.
We will literally work from top to bottom - removing the cobwebs from ceilings right down to wiping over the skirting. We’ll remove the dirt and odours. We will steam clean the kitchen and bathroom.
We will deep clean the property and make it clean and fresh - ready for the next TENANTS to move straight into.
We regularly conduct After Tenancy Cleans for Lettings Agents, private landlords and tenants who have just moved out.
However, all properties and their cleaning requirements are different, so this is intended as a guideline only. We will be happy to discuss your specific requirements.
We can also deep clean any carpets in the property, whilst prolonging their life through regular maintenance.
Carpet Cleaning is charged as an extra.
